3.01 Like You Like An Arsonist
Well, after 4 1/2 months of waiting I finally got to see the One Tree Hill Season 3 premiere on October 5th and it turned out to be better than expected. It was good to see Haley back in Tree Hill. The Nathan and Haley scenes were by far the best of the episode. Especially the bedroom scene where you could definitely feel the emotion between the two of them. It was hard seeing Nathan kind of push her away when he is still so obviously in love with her but it was understandable. He is still hurt by her leaving and it will take time before he can trust her again. And hopefully Haley will gain that trust back. It will just take time and hopefully they can be together again when she does.
Dan going to confession was just wrong. It was like the Devil entering God's home. And the things he said while there just proved how he didn't belong there. And was it me or are they trying to make it look like Lucas had something to do with the fire? Because I don't think Lucas would even do something like that even though Dan is his evil bastard of a father.
One thing that really annoyed me was Peyton's anger towards Haley. It seemed to come out of nowhere. I think Brooke was right when she suggested that maybe it had something to do with her abandonment issues from her birth mother. I mean Peyton was the one that said she understood why Haley had left. Also how does she know that Haley didn't call Nathan while she was gone? Because if I recall past episodes she did. And more than once. I guess no one told her that Haley and Nathan had talked on the phone. It just annoyed me how her attitude towards Haley just changed so dramatically. I mean I know she wants to support Nathan but Haley was her friend too and she needs to give Haley a chance. It just kind of annoyed me.
