Ever felt so alone, you want to break down and cry
Feel like no one in this world wants you around
The people around conspiring in this evil lie
To make you feel like its happiness you’ve found.
The loneliness is hidden but only for awhile
You’ve sheltered yourself in this comfort
You hide yourself in this denial
Try to push back all the hurt
You put a smile on your face
You walk as if you have nothing to worry about
You lie to yourself as if you were in a happy place
Telling yourself its okay and you got out
Night then comes and the loneliness creeps back in
Your smile hides and the tears start to fall
The hole in your heart grows from within
Hurting so badly you bang your head against a wall
What can you do when you’re all alone?
No one to help and make you feel safe
The sadness sinking so deep in your bones
You cry hoping that in some way you can escape
Your lonely heart just holds you back
Never allowing you to see the light
I know it’s hard but take in this fact
Falling into this sadness and isolation isn’t right
You can move forward
You can win
Don't give up it's not over
You've got the strength within
There is no reason to end this way
Happiness is true and you can receive it
Dream, hope, wish, or pray
No matter what you do, you can achieve it.
